17 June 2016: Immediate Media Co, the special interest content and platform company today completed the sale of OutdoorsMagic to Factory Media.
Factory has over 32 years of heritage and experience in outdoor sports and activities. As a media owner and production company, they conceive, create and deliver authentic and engaging content and campaigns, distributed through 23 owned and operated websites, social audiences and broadcast platforms. With the ability to produce and deliver award-winning digital and broadcast content, as well as host events for some of the world’s leading brands, they reach an audience of up to 380 million every month.
